Job Details

We are hiring our new remote AI/ML Manager.

This role is a 100% remote role and pays $75-$85/hr on W2.

This role focuses on two key areas:
Strategic Cross-Functional Expansion: Support strategic thinking and change leadership as the organization expands beyond consumer to provider and core operations. Drive execution and alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring effective change management and operational readiness.

AI Initiative Leadership (Izzy Project): Oversee the progress of the AI initiative (Izzy), collaborating with analytics teams, developers (India), and data scientists. Ensure smooth project execution, leveraging tools (Client 360, data integration platforms) to pull and contextualize data. Use AI to identify and address operational issues, anticipate downstream impacts, and support the organization's 2026 vision for expansion into Core and Provider domains.

Responsibilities
Guide and mentor data analysts and senior data analysts, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Lead data-driven decision making and operational efficiency improvements using advanced analytics and AI/ML.
Ensure robust data governance, integration, and end-to-end process ownership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and change leadership.
Monitor project milestones, proactively resolve issues, and escalate risks as needed.

Technical Skills Required
Advanced proficiency with analytics tools and platforms (SQL, Python/R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in operational efficiency and data-driven decision making.
Expertise in data governance, data integration, and end-to-end process ownership.

Preferred Experience
Experience supporting strategic transformation in healthcare or payer/provider technology.
Proven track record of leading AI initiatives and cross-functional teams.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
