Job Title: Salesforce Architect with Loyalty Cloud
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid Position)
Duration: 10+ Months
Detailed Job Description:
- Should have 8 Years of overall experience in Salesforce Cloud.
- Minimum 2+Years in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Design and implementation.
- Advice, support, and help on a successful implementation of SF Loyalty Management for Rewards program.
- Divide this initiative into three categories from a customer and Client standpoint - Intent, Transact, and Optimize.
- Design & Implement Loyalty Solutions - Architect and deploy Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Solutions ensuring scalability and business alignment.
- Define System Architecture - Identify gaps, optimize processes, and deliver comprehensive salesforce-based solutions
- Loyalty Program Configuration - Develop and manage tier structures, benefits, and earn/redeem workflows.
- Process Automation & Customization - Configure decision tables, data processing engines and batch processes to enhance system efficiency.
- Ensure Best practices & Innovation - Stay ahead of salesforce trends, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement
