Salesforce Developer
Location: Columbus, Ohio
Work Mode: Onsite 5 days/week (Mandatory)

Role Summary
Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer, The role involves Salesforce configuration, customization, Lightning development, Apex programming, integrations, and supporting enhancements. Candidate must work onsite 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and deliver Salesforce-based solutions.
- Develop and enhance LWC/Aura components, Apex classes, workflows, and flows.
- Build and maintain Communities, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Manage release cycles, deploy changes across sandboxes, and support UAT.
- Troubleshoot system issues and oversee data migration using Data Loader.
- Create documentation, user guides, and provide support to internal teams.
Required Skills
- 8 10+ years in IT with 5+ years in Salesforce development/admin.
- Strong experience in LWC, Aura, Apex, SOQL, JavaScript.
- Hands-on with Sales/Service/Community Cloud.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Data Loader, Jitterbit, MuleSoft.
- Strong reporting and dashboard development skills.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Salesforce Developer/Admin certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Flosum or OwnBackup is a plus.
