- Experience in Singleview Development.
- Consolidated billing system for client, upgrading from V10 to 12.
- In knowledge transfer phase, so working on questions for SME's
- Roles: SingleView biller, payment & collections, support & some dev
- 3 support areas: Ops support, dev and environment support
- similarities and differences in EPM code & perl scripting
- have you had to created multiple levels of hierarchy
- offshore support will help with gap hours
