Job Details
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on SuccessFactors administration experience
- Background in third-party implementation/partner support
- Strong understanding of system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience triaging and managing Tier 1 3 support tickets
- Familiar with Canvas, Table, and Story reporting
- Comfortable working across multiple SuccessFactors modules (excluding LMS)
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
- Understanding of payroll systems and data flows is a plus
- Experience with Qualtrics, Ingentis, or similar tools is a plus
- SuccessFactors certification (e.g., EC) is highly preferred
- Bachelor s degree is not required, but a plus
