Job Details
Telephony Engineer
Location: Irvine or Fountain Valley, CA - 3 days onsite, Hybrid
Duration: 6 months
Rate: $DOE /hr
Must have skills-
- Cisco UCS
- Cisco UCCE
- Contact Center expertise, most specifically Five9.com SaaS but any relevant provider
Responsibilities and experience needed:
- Demonstrated experience in Cisco UCS, Cisco UCCE
- Strong experience in Contact Center expertise, most specifically Five9.com SaaS but any relevant provider
- Adept at Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Upgrading the components of a Cisco Voice Infrastructure.
- Strong experience in Telephony services like IP telephony, IP PBX, Handset, Voicemail solutions, and Call control via tickets.
- Strong experience working with End users to troubleshoot and Familiar with Cisco CLI issues
- Hands on experience with ticketing tool applications like Altiris and Solar Winds Service Desk
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Strong experience in UCCX and UCCE. Call Router, Logger, Cisco Webex & SIP
- Stay updated on industry trends and help implement best practices
- Good communication and ability to interact with both interna;/external business stakeholders
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent working experience or Master s degree in Telecommunications and Networking Engineering, a related field,
- 7 years of IT relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience
