Location: Pittsburgh, PA; hybrid

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and support cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and closure. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop integrated baseline project plans using estimating models; identify required resources and skills, document assumptions, and manage performance against plans.
• Recommend optimal solutions based on a clear understanding of business needs and challenges.
• Provide task-based scheduling and cost forecasts; assist in evaluating and applying risk-based provisions.
• Capture, track, and analyze program metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Manage project scope by assessing changes in requirements and communicating impacts on budget, timeline, and risk.
• Proactively manage client expectations, identify operational and tactical risks, and track mitigation efforts.
• Clarify, identify, and track project requirements and issues; remove barriers and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Lead project closure activities, including client satisfaction surveys and post-project analysis.
• Document and archive all project activities, deliverables, tools, and findings for future reference.

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• PMI or PMP certification.

Soft Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
