Role/Responsibilities

• Architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery.
• To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
• ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
• review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
• To train and develop team to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.

Qualifications & Experience 

Minimum Requirements

• Proven professional experience for 12+ years of IT experience and at least 5 years in a technology consulting role where you were working with senior technology / business executives of client organizations.
• Professional expertise driving technical workshops with technical and business clients to drive value added services and implementations.
• Expertise in creating Angular, React or other equivalent Java script frameworks (Typescript).
• Professional experience in setting up and managing automated build and deployment using tools like GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, ADO (Azure DevOps)
• Proven experience working on enterprise architecture, TOGAF and SAFe agile methodologies.
• Expertise in designing UIs that align with branding and user needs & creating prototypes and wireframes.
• Professional experience working on UI design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch ETC.
• Exposure working on databases i.e. Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server or similar DB platform.
• Experience in Optimizing UI performance, promoting design standards and best practices, conducting usability testing & updated on UI technologies and trends.
• Proven expertise in Cloud technologies specifically AWS Services & its tools ( EC2 , S3 Buckets, Lambda) .

Preferred Requirements:

• Ability/ willing to travel to address customer needs, focused within the region

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $ 121,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $ 248,600 per year

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
