What You'll Do:
- Act as the lead data expert for DaBella's marketing and operational performance.
- Translate business needs into analytical models, dashboards, and reporting tools that inform action.
- Drive end-to-end data projects - from identifying gaps and collecting data to building reports and delivering recommendations.
- Monitor key business metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Present insights clearly to stakeholders across all levels, including C-Suite leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across sources, systems, and teams.
- Partner with vendors, software providers, and internal stakeholders to optimize our data systems.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the business - using data to connect performance today with opportunities tomorrow.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field is required.
- Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
- At least 3 years in a leadership or project ownership role, managing analytical teams.
- Proven experience presenting data and recommendations to executive-level leadership.
Technical Skills & Tools:
- Power BI (required): Proven ability to create and manage enterprise dashboards and visualizations.
- SQL (required): Strong proficiency in writing queries, joins, data modeling, and optimization.
- Excel (required): Advanced knowledge including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas.
- Python and/or R: Working knowledge for data transformation and predictive analytics.
- Data visualization tools: Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP data structures, APIs, or ETL processes is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Deep understanding of data governance, quality control, and continuous improvement practices.

- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture.
