Description
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager / IT Consultant to lead strategic IT initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving landscape. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring successful alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT project management, preferably in manufacturing or enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, and systems architecture.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
Hands-on experience with tools like Atlassian Jira and Confluence, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
PMP certification or similar credentials are highly preferred.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage complex projects and present updates effectively.
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deliver measurable business outcomes through technology initiatives.

- Team Coordination: Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and cross-departmental stakeholders to streamline execution.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks, organizational policies, and security protocols.
- KPI Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Track project performance using key metrics, apply lessons learned, and refine processes for future endeavors.
- Communication and Reporting: Provide regular status updates to leadership, lead team meetings, and prepare post-project insights.
- Strategic IT Initiatives: Drive pivotal IT projects, including system implementations, infrastructure upgrades, and cybersecurity advancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a culture of teamwork and alignment to achieve business objectives efficiently.
Requirements
