Solugenix is seeking an experienced CI/CD DevOps Engineer for a full-time, hybrid position based in Irvine, CA.

We are seeking a highly skilled CI/CD Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of overall experience, with strong hands-on expertise in setting up, managing, and maintaining build, test, and deployment pipelines. This role requires knowledge of Jenkins, Bamboo, and Bitbucket, as well as experience designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable software delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 9+ years of experience in DevOps or CI/CD engineering roles.
  • Education: College degree required.
  • Experience in CI/ CD pipelines, IaC, cloud platforms, automation tools and containerization.
  • Proven expertise with Jenkins, Bamboo, and Bitbucket.
  • Strong experience in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines from scratch.
  • Solid understanding of build automation, version control systems, and release management.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Shell, Python).
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • DevOps skills, Bamboo, Bitbucket. Nice to have experience in XLdeploy.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments.
  • Manage and support tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, and Bitbucket.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to streamline the build and release process.
  • Automate builds, deployments, and configuration management.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot build failures and deployment issues.
  • Drive improvements in pipeline speed, reliability, and security.
  • Maintain documentation related to CI/CD processes and infrastructure.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $65/hour to $72/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
