Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud Product Owner with strong Solution Architect experience to own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform. This hybrid role requires a strategic mindset combined with technical expertise to design scalable, seamless, and integrated commerce solutions that meet customer and business needs.
You ll closely work with business, design, development, and infrastructure teams to deliver best-in-class digital commerce experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership:
Define and manage the SFCC product roadmap aligned with business goals, customer experience strategies, and digital commerce initiatives.
Own the product backlog, develop user stories, prioritize features, and manage release plans.
Work closely with stakeholders across marketing, merchandising, IT, and customer service to translate needs into actionable requirements.
Drive adoption, gather feedback, and continuously improve platform capabilities and user experience.
Ensure alignment with business KPIs, including conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction.
Solution Architecture:
Lead the design and validation of scalable and secure SFCC solutions, leveraging core features like SiteGenesis, SFRA (Storefront Reference Architecture), cartridges, controllers, and pipelines.
Architect integrations with ERP, OMS, CRM, payment gateways, and third-party systems via APIs and middleware.
Guide development teams on best practices for cartridge development, multi-site implementations, performance optimization, and security.
Collaborate with enterprise architects and infrastructure teams to ensure platform scalability, compliance, and disaster recovery.
Stay updated on Salesforce Commerce Cloud releases, emerging trends, and recommend enhancements to the product strategy.
Required:
Overall 15+ years of experience with 5-8yrs in digital commerce product ownership or management roles.
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C) experience, including solution architecture.
Strong understanding of SFCC architecture, including ISML templates, controllers, data models, and API integrations.
Experience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Product Owner Certification (Any one is nice to have)
Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO)
SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (SAFe POPM)
Experience with headless commerce and API-first architecture.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure.
Knowledge of PCI compliance, SEO, accessibility standards (WCAG), and performance tuning.
Exposure to multi-channel and omnichannel commerce strategies.

SFCC Business Analyst
Location: MO, CA or TX

Experience:
10+years of total experience in business analysis and client-facing roles across enterprise applications and large digital transformation projects.
Strong Knowledge and experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud with multiple BUs.
Knowledge of Salesforce Sales cloud, Service Cloud & Salesforce Data Cloud is preferable.
Strong domain expertise in CRM, Marketing or Data-driven solutions.
Proven track record in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, documentation, and working closely with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, architects).
Experience is at least 1 large scale enterprise CRM transformation Projects
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in complex delivery environments.
Responsibilities:
Gather document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements by conducting workshops, interviews, and process walk throughs.
Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframe diagrams.
Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding of goals and deliverables.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews in Agile setups.
Translate business needs into system specifications that guide development and testing.
Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization.
Lead UAT coordination, including test scenario validation, user training support, and sign-off facilitation.
Track change requests and maintain version-controlled documentation.
Analyze as-is and to-be business processes and suggest optimizations or automation opportunities.
Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.
