BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Architect for an opportunity in Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)!

Position Title: Infrastructure Architect

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)

Expected Duration:12 months contract.

Job Type: [HYBRID/ON-SITE]

Pay Range:[$75] - [$80]

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Infrastructure Architect

Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)

12 months contract

Must have:

- min 6 plus years of relevant experience

- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on tools such as Zoom and Zoom Phone.

- Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Expressway

- Python is strongly preferred, Strong scripting or development experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* 6+ years of relevant experience managing enterprise voice and video platforms.

* Proven expertise with:

o Zoom & Zoom Phone (including large-scale deployments)

o Cisco Call Manager, Webex, Expressway

o Adobe Connect

* Strong scripting or development experience (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).

* Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.

* Experience working in regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
