Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior User Experience Designer to join our Studio Design team within the Loans Enablement platform. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to work on a range of projects, from planning and mapping out user flows to designing and building complex prototypes.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Rate: $85 - $92 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as an individual contributor with strong expertise in Figma.
  • Efficiently design and build prototypes using various design system components.
  • Plan, map out user flows and journeys, and identify research opportunities.
  • Collaborate within design systems and component libraries to enhance efficiency.
  • Manage projects of varying sizes, balancing time and resources effectively.
  • Develop multiple solutions to address diverse design challenges.
  • Proactively drive projects forward and anticipate potential issues.
  • Maintain open communication lines and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
  • Apply strategic thinking to solve complex problem sets.
  • Deliver high-quality, polished work that meets user and business needs.
  • Identify inconsistencies in user journeys and promote best practices.
  • Advocate for design system guidance and high-quality deliverables across functions.


Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong passion and experience with design systems and component libraries, including creation, maintenance, and governance.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, including component creation, prototyping, and auto layout.
  • Experience in service design, particularly in creating internal tools for established users.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, and convey ideas professionally.
  • Experience working for international companies is preferred.

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Expertise in user experience, design, or human-computer interaction.
  • Advanced Figma skills and a passion for design systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
