Job description:
- 5+ years of experience as a BA, preferably in Oracle Fusion HCM projects.
- Act as liaison between business, implementation team, and vendors.
- Gather, document, and manage business requirements across HCM modules.
- Analyze current HR processes, recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with functional and technical teams for solution design.
- Support functional testing, defect management, and UAT sessions.
- Assist in data validation and migration activities.
- Facilitate workshops, sprint reviews, and demos.
- Manage vendor interactions and deliverables.
- Work using Agile delivery models and tools.
- Leverage AI-driven insights for process improvements.
