Job Details
Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support for SAP RAR incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to revenue recognition and ensuring IFRS/GAAP compliance within SAP RAR.
Work closely with business users to clarify requirements and deliver effective, timely solutions.
Collaborate with CRM/SD and other SAP module teams to address cross-functional issues impacting revenue reporting.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring incidents.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities to ensure accurate revenue recognition.
Document solutions, prepare knowledge base articles, and contribute to process improvements.
Ensure all activities comply with internal controls, quality standards, and audit requirements.
