RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a Marketing Manager. We are open to remote working PST Hours.
Responsibilities:
* Deeply understand customer needs & challenges for small business owners (both expressed and latent), understand & analyze market opportunities, and develop the innovative strategies and experiences to unlock growth opportunities
* Monitor and stay current with the competitive landscape as well as the broader small business category and market trends to identify new and evolving customer needs, identify additional market opportunities, and refine our competitive advantage
* Generate actionable customer insights to apply to E2E marketing and product strategies
* Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Product Marketing, Design, Research, Analytics, Finance and Customer Success teams to drive prioritization of strategic initiatives, influence product and marketing roadmaps, define learning agendas and execute the delivery of the business
* Partner with Market Research to identify and quantify customer needs and emerging trends and generate the consumer insights that motivate change in consumer perception and behavior change
* Partner with Product teams to improve E2E funnel performance, provide messaging and value prop guidance where applicable in product
* Partner with Finance & Analytics teams to measure and manage business performances and develop robust business cases
* Design and deliver A/B tests of pricing, new customer experience and product ideas then analyze the data to generate insights and make informed decisions to drive business results such as customer reengagement, customer retention or customer acquisition
* Own business performance on a weekly basis; establish KPIs to measure performance of strategic initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
* BA/BA required or equivalent work experience
* MBA preferred
* 7-10 year track record for developing winning customer-centric growth strategies and enabling excellent execution through cross-functional teams (including Marketing and Product)
* Ideal candidate possess domain expertise in discipline of customer acquisition strategy and experience with consumer focused technology company
* Ability to set clear strategic direction and unlock business impact through principle-based decision-making
* Track record for effectively translating strategy to the delivering of expected business outcomes across the short* and long-term
* Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with clear examples of using data to quantify and define customer insights and make recommendations
* Demonstrated track record of self-motivation and willingness to proactively and independently take on leadership roles in projects, prioritize what matters, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously
* Proven success in partnering, influencing, and collaborating internally and externally to establish shared passion and goals Learning mindset, with a bias for constant rapid testing, experimentation and improvement
* Customer-focused, with a passion for delighting customers
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels of the organization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
