Project Overview
Join a large-scale Greenfield SAP S/4HANA On-Premise Implementation, hosted on AWS and leveraging SAP Activate methodology. The project kicked off in February 2025 and will continue through February 2026, including Hypercare support.
This is a high-visibility program where the implementation partner is responsible for delivery across 202 SAP SIDs. Work is organized into functional, technical, and analytics teams, each with clearly defined scopes.
Your Role
We're looking for a seasoned SAP FICO Lead with deep expertise in Banking. You will be responsible for leading the design and delivery of all banking-related workstreams, working closely with client stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of banking functions within the overall S/4HANA landscape.
You will drive solutioning and implementation across:
- Bank Communication Management (BCM) and payment processing
- Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) configuration and reconciliation
- Cash Management and liquidity planning
- House Bank & Account Management
- Integration with Finance & Controlling (FICO)
- CO/PA (Profitability Analysis) and transactional accounting as it relates to banking flows
You'll be expected to deliver end-to-end solutions-from functional workshops and RICEFW identification to design, testing, training, and go-live support.
Responsibilities Include
- Lead client workshops specific to Banking and related FICO processes
- Design, configure, and implement banking modules (payments, cash management, EBS, BCM)
- Identify and document RICEFW objects related to Banking/FICO integration
- Support and advise on Master Data strategy for banking processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate banking with external systems and partners
- Deliver testing, training, and documentation in line with SAP best practices
- Maintain project standards including responsiveness, availability during project hours, and professional presence in virtual meetings
Ideal Candidate
- Proven SAP FICO Lead with specialized Banking expertise (BCM, EBS, Cash Management, Payments, House Bank)
- Prior experience on S/4HANA Greenfield implementations
- Hands-on configuration experience with Bank Accounting processes
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Able to manage remote work while being open to limited travel
