Your role in our mission

  • Serves as a key contributor to shaping the company's vision and direction for a global testing model.
  • Engage in thought leadership conversations with clients in advising and implementing testing solutions to client problems.
  • Proactively analyze market trends in Testing and introduce the best practices to ensure the practice aligns with the latest in the industry.
  • Directs and manages vendors in Testing delivery and governance.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of testing practices in relation to contracts, delivery and effectiveness. Recommends methods to increase performance and delivery standards.
  • Provides an independent voice and advice on review of proposals, on-going projects, and accounts to ensure compliance and consistency in the delivery of offerings.
  • Partners with internal teams to assess compliance with legal and financial standards and best practices.
  • Directs, manages, develops and oversees budget and delivery costs; ensures activities are appropriately funded, coordinated and managed according to the guidelines/constraints of resource allocations.
  • Works with Portfolio Management, Delivery, Shared Services, Marketing/Sales, and Client Relationship Management executives to ensure alignment of processes and technology with company and customer needs.
  • Organizes and directs Global Delivery resources with orientation towards company's go-to-market strategy, portfolio of client commitments and Implementation SDLC.
  • Liaison with all stakeholders in Implementation and operations teams at onsite & offshore to meet delivery commitments.
  • Participate in regular test management governance meetings, continuous improvement towards current business practices/ processes. Responsible for weekly and monthly reports.
  • Assess program status and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies).
  • Work with Test CoE process governance team and identify areas to deploy processes, tools and standards improvement areas in test delivery.
  • Analyze Test CoE metrics to drive continuous improvement within the program.
  • Monitor deployment of quality & audit process improvements and enhancements to improve outcomes and efficiencies across Test organization.


What we're looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education.
  • Master's degree in related field preferred.
  • 18 or more years of related experience with 8 years in healthcare domain specific on Medicaid implementations for pharmacy benefits management and provider areas.
  • 8 or more years in a management capacity with leading large teams.
  • Experience leading a software Quality Assurance program, in a global environment.
  • Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity.

The pay range for this position is $127,400.00 - $182,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
