Position Overview
Provides technical and functional support in the areas of: ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems administration, problem resolution, support, process mapping, system testing and development, security access, and training. Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains data processing solutions to enhance the ERP systems.

Essential Job Functions
- Follows all standard operating procedures relevant to job, position and department.
- Assists in developing procedures to ensure integrity of ERP system and databases.
- Thoroughly understands ERP subsystem topology in order to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels across the institution.
- Directs the service efforts of the ERP system and provides support to other IT functions. The ERP system consist of any and all ERP applications, associated databases and associated in-house custom reports.
- Acts as liaison to organizations and groups associated with the ERP application for technical and functional issues and support as well as promoting product development beneficial to the specific needs.
- Utilizes machines and laborers to full capacity via Tactic software.
- Designed, with users, an Access database to run daily workflow reports to give visibility to job status and inventory activity.
- Develops and implements project plans for ERP functional support tasks.
- Troubleshoots application software and database problems on a timely basis.
- Works as a system analyst with key personnel to help define user needs and develop data processing solutions through Microsoft Access.
- Maintains liaisons with business, technical staff, and extended support organizations for resolution of ERP issues.
- Provides consulting support to other departments and individuals with their applications, databases and other information systems.
- Implemented shipping label per customer request.
- Works with end-users to analyze, design, construct and implement small Microsoft Sharepoint applications in support of regular business operations; documents applications and provides cross-functional training as needed.
- Works with end users on all functional modules to document business needs/requirements for upgrades and enhancements.
- Develops and presents training materials for end users;
- Maintains confidentiality of information exposed to in the course of business regarding supervisors or other employees.
- Observes all safety rules and procedures.
- Keeps work area organized, neat and clean.
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
- Associates degree in IT is preferred.
- Experience with SQL database administration (DBA) with the ability to optimize/investigate/debug issues with reporting any other tasks.
- 3-5 years of DBA experience in a full-time position.
- Background in supporting a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Microsoft IT specific certifications a plus.
- Must be able to maintain good attendance.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Must be reliable and dependable.
