Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable code modules (small to medium scale).

  • Collaborate with engineers and technical leads to understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions.

  • Participate in code reviews, contribute to test automation efforts, and maintain detailed documentation.

  • Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and a strong sense of urgency in task execution.

  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Must have:

  • Backend Development:

    • 3 5 years of hands-on experience with Java Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.

    • Strong expertise in Kafka, PostgreSQL, and containerization tools like Docker & Kubernetes.

  • Frontend Development:

    • 3+ years of professional experience with ReactJS.

  • Cloud & DevOps:

    • Proficiency with Azure Cloud Services (especially AKS and Azure Storage).

    • Experience in CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (unit, integration, E2E).

  • Monitoring & Support:

    • Knowledge of tools like New Relic or Grafana for incident and performance monitoring.

  • Agile Mindset:

    • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.

  • Communication & Collaboration:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiatives from design to deployment.
