Role: Senior AWS Network Engineer- EKS Kubernetes Cluster
Location: 100% Remote

Job Description:

The Senior AWS Network Engineer will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining the complex network infrastructure supporting our AWS EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service) cluster. This role will lead the team in designing secure, scalable, and highly available network solutions that integrate with our corporate network, ensuring robust connectivity and compliance with security requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AWS networking, hybrid cloud connectivity, and Kubernetes networking models.

Skills:

  1. EKS Kubernetes Cluster
  2. AWS networking.
  3. Deep understanding of AWS networking services (VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, Security Groups, NACLs, etc.).
  4. AWS Certified Advanced Networking or Solutions Architect certification preferred.

7+ years in network engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AWS networking.
Deep understanding of AWS networking services (VPC, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, Security Groups, NACLs, etc.).
Experience integrating AWS environments with complex on-premises networks.
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes networking (CNI plugins, network policies, service meshes, etc.).
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Cloud Formation).
Proficiency in troubleshooting tools (examples: tcpdump, Wireshark, AWS VPC Flow Logs, etc.).
Strong documentation and communication skills.AWS Certified Advanced Networking or Solutions Architect certification preferred.
