Implementation Engineer - 130k

In this role you will need to be a technically skilled and execution-focused Project Engineer to support the delivery of IT infrastructure and integration projects across oncology practice networks and systems. This role will primarily drive the execution of technical infrastructure initiatives such as practice integrations, network refreshes, hardware deployments, and ISP coordination, while working closely with the IT Project Manager and broader technical teams.

Location: Nashville (Hybrid) Ideal, Remote considered
Travel will be part of this role. (30-50%)
Compensation: 130k

Must Have Experience:

• Willing to travel 30-50%.  The amount of travel will eb and flow each month.  Usually 30% though most weeks, but there will be some months where it’s 50%. You’ll be fully reimbursed on all expenses. (no company card; you’ll use your personal credit card and then will be reimbursed.)  Traveling all over the US to different oncology practices.  
• 8+ years system/network engineering experience
• 5+ years hands-on project execution
• MSP background

This role will be leading the execution efforts on various projects, mostly at the Oncology practices.  Projects such as:-server replacements
-EMR integrations
-integrating new practices with IT models
-working with internet circuits/VPN’s

• Difference between a PM and this role is that the PM is managing/tracking the project, and this role is actually executing the project.
