Job Title: Sr. Web Hosting Admin
Position Type: 6 Months Contract To Hire.
Location: Atlanta, GA 30301 (Can be 100% remote)

Description:

Provide operational support for the company's Web Hosting environment utilized by hundreds of web applications. Troubleshooting real-time break/fix situations as well as assisting developers with any issues that may arise. All of these functions consist of complex hardware and software configurations and interact regularly with other functions across AIZ. (Network, Security, Infrastructure, Procurement, Helpdesks, applications, etc). Frequent contact with IT customers and sometimes business customers.

Required skills:

F5, NSX Advanced Load Balancer , Azure, Webserver IIS.

Nice to have/helpful but not required:

• WebSphere is a plus.
• Familiar with Linux ( mainly a Windows shop )
• Experience in Ansible and Terraform is plus advantage.
• Knowledge of VMware virtualization technology.
• Scripting is useful.

Responsibilities:

• Addressing and resolving tickets promptly and effectively.
• Configuring new applications according to specified requirements.
• Conducting troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of system architecture to facilitate efficient problem-solving.
• Ability to grasp and understand complex concepts related to web server functionality, including cookies.
• Valuing self-starters who demonstrate initiative and take ownership of tasks.
