Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor system activity to ensure optimal performance and availability of business-critical IT services
- Provide full-spectrum technical support-from software and hardware installation to troubleshooting and remediation
- Develop and execute automation scripts and reporting tools to streamline operations
- Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Balanced Teams, and project groups to design and implement scalable systems
- Support incident response and root cause analysis across local, global, and systemic issues
- Contribute to the development of support tools, policies, and standards during the application lifecycle
- Participate in blameless retrospectives and observability practices to improve system resilience
- Eliminate repetitive tasks through automation and promote self-service solutions for users
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience performing technical tasks in a professional IT environment
- Associate's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and train others effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Experience with system integration and performance monitoring tools
- Familiarity with ITSM policies and procedures
- Bonus: Exposure to SCCM, automation scripting, and observability concepts
