STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support the execution of key initiatives within our Enterprise Information Systems (EIS) team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple projects while collaborating across departments. The successful candidate will provide critical support to a team operating with limited resources and will play a vital role in keeping high-priority projects on track.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines and work plans.
- Track project progress and ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders across departments.
- Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Report on project status to leadership and recommend process improvements.
- Provide hands-on support across various EIS initiatives as needed.
- Coordinating Mainframe Disaster Recovery planning efforts
- Implementing Apply4 permitting software for the Office of Special Events
- Overseeing the replacement of the PRM reservation system
- Supporting the migration from MarinaGo to DocWa marina billing system, including PCI compliance coordination
- Leading or contributing to other Bureau or ad hoc enterprise system projects
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing technology or enterprise system projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred
- Familiarity with public sector or enterprise-level IT systems is a plus
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $75-80/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
