Job Details
We are looking for a ServiceNow professional to support, enhance, and customize the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in development, administration, and integrations in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow modules
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies
Support ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
Perform ServiceNow platform administration and upgrades
Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Maintain documentation and follow ServiceNow best practices
Required Skills
Strong experience with ServiceNow development and administration
Hands-on experience with ITSM module
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API
Experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows
Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
Understanding of ServiceNow security and access controls
Nice to Have
Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)
Agile / Scrum experience
Scripting knowledge (Python, PowerShell)
