RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their team in Greenwood Village, CO.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating technical acumen in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and proficiency in using project tracking tools like Jira.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Lead and manage multiple technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
* Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and solve complex problems that arise during the project lifecycle; Escalate issues when necessary to ensure project continuity
* Risk Assessment: Continuously evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address potential obstacles and ensure project success
* Technical Acumen: Utilize in-depth understanding of SDLC to oversee project phases, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment
* Tool Proficiency: Utilize Jira and other project management tools to track project progress, manage tasks, and communicate effectively with team members
* Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives
* Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor project performance, including budget, timeline, and quality; Adjust project plans as necessary to meet changing requirements and expectations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Possess excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to tackle and escalate roadblocks
* Capability to assess risks in projects

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
