The Talent and Recruiting Transformation Project Manager will serve as the project manager for the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition Workstreams within a large, multi-workstream 2-year program to implement Oracle HCM. This role is responsible for coordination and management of the project plan, workstream documentation and facilitation of the two workstream activities to successfully implement the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition modules. This project manager will partner closely with the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition Workstream Leads, as well as other workstream team members and key stakeholders to deliver program deliverables on time.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as Project Manager for the Talent & Recruiting workstreams, reporting into the Talent function.
- Build and manage project plans, complete status reporting, track risks, and track interdependencies.
- Manage the development and documentation of talent process mapping and experience design to ensure alignment with project objectives and user needs.
- Ensure alignment and completion of deliverables with program milestones.
- Identify and coordinate interdependencies across other workstreams (Core HR, Compensation, etc) and ensure risks, issues, and escalations are effectively managed.
- Support the creation and execution of stakeholder and project team communications to drive engagement, clarity, and alignment throughout the implementation.
- Monitor and report on KPIs and success metrics for benefits transformation initiatives.
- Support testing and implementation activities for the Talent Management and Talent Acquisition modules.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in HR transformation and/or project management.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
- Understanding of Talent Management and Recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project coordination tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
- Experience coordinating HR technology implementations (Oracle, Workday, SuccessFactors, ATS/CRM) is a plus.
- Experience developing and maintaining process documentation, workflows, and user journey maps to support system design and optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and adoption support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive updates, project communications, and user-facing materials.

- BA degree
Salary/ Rate: $60-$65/hour (depends on experience level). This is a contract position with candidates expected to work 40 hours/ week.
