We're seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for an 18+ month remote contract (M-F, 8-5 PT). This role supports a large-scale OneERP program including Workday (HCM, FIN, SCM, AP, Integrations, Data Conversion) and UKG Pro WFM.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join a long-term program initiative. This role will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that business needs are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective technical solutions. The program includes Workday modules (HCM, FIN, SCM, AP, Integrations, and Data Conversion/Migration), as well as the implementation of UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to evaluate, estimate, plan, and implement solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Develop process models and workflow documentation to illustrate system functionality.
  • Support testing activities, including test planning, execution, and validation.
  • Contribute to integration and data migration efforts within Workday and UKG Pro WFM.
  • Communicate effectively across business, leadership, and technical teams.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • Functional expertise in Payroll, HR, Accounts Payable, Finance, or Supply Chain.
  • Experience with Workday and/or UKG Pro WFM implementations, including testing.
  • Hands-on experience with large, complex system migrations.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
