Description
Our client is preparing for a major Epic implementation, with Wave 1 impacting over 30,000 users and Wave 2 scheduled for mid-2026. While the majority of the build is complete, the current focus is on go-live preparedness, including training, readiness, change management, and testing.
We are seeking a Sr. Epic Lumens Analyst to support the Lumens module with a strong emphasis on Future Encounter Conversion, Security and Scheduling build, and overall system readiness. This is a Hybrid Role, high-impact role supporting one of the largest Epic rollouts in the country.
Must have experience within Device Integration with Lumens.
Qualifications
Epic Lumens certification required.
Strong experience building, configuring, and customizing Epic Lumens in large-scale healthcare environments.
Deep understanding of clinical workflows related to endoscopy and procedural specialties.
Proven expertise in Future Encounter Conversion planning and execution.
Experience with Security and Scheduling build within Epic.
Solid skills for data validation and reporting.
Experience in Epic go-live support, testing, and optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently in a Hybrid environment, and able to travel on-site as needed.
Responsibilities
Support the Epic Lumens team with build activities and all tasks related to go-live preparedness.
Lead efforts around Future Encounter Conversion, ensuring smooth scheduling transitions and documentation continuity.
Configure and customize the Lumens module, including Security and Scheduling components.
Collaborate with technical teams, clinical stakeholders, and Epic analysts to align on project goals and timelines.
Monitor application performance and user experience, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Ensure compliance with Epic certification standards and client protocols.
Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, risks, and milestones.

The pay range for this position is $140.00 - $140.00/hr.
