Product Owner Gen AI | Financial Use Cases

Location: Charlotte, NC Hybrid
Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex financial use cases into clear product features and user stories

  • Drive deployment of Gen AI models (LLMs, copilots, summarizers) in regulated environments

  • Act as the voice of the customer in product development and stakeholder discussions

  • Monitor model adoption, usage, and business impact post-deployment

  • Lead product backlog, Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release tracking

  • Drive continuous product refinement based on KPIs and user feedback

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in regulated industries

  • Strong background in Agile methodologies and enterprise software development

  • Hands-on with Gen AI platforms: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, BloombergGPT

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Understanding of compliance, risk, and governance in financial environments
