Description
We are seeking a skilled Manager of Network Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our network infrastructure and related systems, ensuring their optimal performance. This role is an excellent opportunity for those with a talent for network management and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Manage the efficient operation and maintenance of the network infrastructure to ensure high uptime.
Lead a detail-oriented team providing network-related services, ensuring their motivation and training.
Encourage individual team members' growth through development, coaching, and support, driving performance through regular meetings.
Contribute to and participate in leadership trainings and meetings.
Protect the integrity and security of the organization's computer operations, safeguarding assets and member accounts.
Continually improve services for members and end-users by researching and recommending changes in software, hardware, and system communications.
Travel to branches, corporate offices, or data centers as required.
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of network technology, preferably within the mortgage industry.
Mastery in computer networking is a must.
Proficiency in VLAN, SD-WAN, Network Routing, and Network Switches.
Extensive experience in wireless networking is required.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Proven track record of managing large, complex network technology projects.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in network technology.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of service and detail-oriented conduct.
