Job: M3 ERP Functional Consultant
Location: Gainesville, TX
Client : Tarento
We have an immediate requirement where the consultant can work onsite from Texas.

Provide prompt and effective support to finance users, addressing their queries, concerns, user training and issues related to the M3 ERP system.
Issue Resolution: Analyze and troubleshoot technical and functional problems in the M3 ERP system's finance modules, collaborating closely with onshore teams and escalating issues where necessary.
Specially in AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets , Cost accounting and Controlling, Budgeting.
System Maintenance: Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including data validation, monitoring interfaces, executing batch jobs, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Configuration Assistance: Assist with the configuration of finance-related settings in the M3 ERP system,such as GL codes, expense categories, and chart of accounts. Accounting Rules.
Report Generation: Generate financial reports from the M3 ERP system, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information to stakeholders.
Process Documentation: Document finance-related processes, procedures, and system configurations to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity of operations.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with onshore teams, finance stakeholders, and other support functions to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
Assist IS Responsible MOE Finance: Provide assistance and support to the IS Responsible MOE Finance as required, which may include data analysis, financial insights, or any other support needed on day to day activities.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Relevant Experience: Prior experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, specializing in the M3 ERP system, preferably within the aerospace industry or a similar complex manufacturing environment. Must have implementation experience in M3 ERP.
Financial Knowledge: Solid understanding of finance principles, practices, and processes, including financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
M3 ERP Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of the M3 ERP system, specifically in finance modules. Familiarity with related tools, such as SQL and data analysis software, is a plus.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and provide practical solutions within specified service level agreements.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and articulate solutions or recommendations.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore teams, displaying a customer centric attitude and flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
