Job Description:
 
We are seeking a highly qualified Product Manager to lead the design and execution of our program. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey, developing and prioritizing product requirements, and ensuring alignment across technical, operational, and business stakeholders to deliver program objectives effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to understand and manage complex systems and interdependencies, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms and processes.
This role requires a strong ability to engage with business partners to elicit and understand requirements, and to collaborate with IT teams to scope, size, and shape solutions that meet those needs. You will serve as the conduit between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business objectives are clearly understood, technically feasible, and effectively delivered.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Journey & Program Execution- Lead the design and execution of the customer journey across platforms and touchpoints.
- Ensure seamless integration of systems and processes to support program goals.
 
- Business Engagement & Requirements Gathering- Collaborate with business partners to understand goals, challenges, and requirements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business needs into actionable product features.
- Build and present vision packages outlining scope, size, effort, and strategic alignment.
 
- Technical Collaboration- Engage with IT teams to validate feasibility and align on architecture and implementation.
- Maintain technical fluency to support logical conversations with engineering and infrastructure teams.
 
- Product Ownership & Agile Delivery- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with business value.
- Refine features into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and support development teams.
- Lead PI planning and sprint ceremonies, ensuring velocity and delivery targets are met.
 
- Strategic Alignment & Performance- Partner with Product Managers to shape product strategy and roadmap.
- Monitor product performance against KPIs and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Communicate product value and performance to internal stakeholders.
 
- Minimum of five (5) years of product management experience.
- Proven ability to manage complex systems and cross-functional interdependencies.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, ProductBoard).
- Demonstrated ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across business and technical teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
