SAP Senior Business Analyst - FICO

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is working with a company that is hiring an SAP Senior Business Analyst in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a hybrid, contract to hire position.

Summary:
The SAP Senior Business Analyst will join the Enterprise Applications team, collaborating with business leaders and analysts to support and enhance enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal and external IT teams on implementations, enhancements, and support for SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA systems
* Gather requirements for FICO functionality and process changes; Conduct fit-gap analyses and recommend solutions
* Develop and review business and technical documentation to ensure alignment with requirements
* Configure and enhance systems, including writing functional specifications for ABAP changes in FICO (RICEF objects and performance improvements)
* Document functional requirements, create specs, configure systems, test, demo, and support user training
* Apply SDLC methodologies (e.g., ASAP, SOLMAN) to project execution
* Drive continuous improvement through trend analysis and metrics
* Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively addressing issues and exceeding expectation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, and Costing
* 7-15 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, including at least two full-cycle implementations with significant design responsibilities
* Deep expertise in SAP FICO, particularly CO, COPA, and Finance
* Experience in SAP within manufacturing environments
* This role requires deep expertise in SAP FI/CO modules and strong integration knowledge across PP, SD, and MM
* Experience in both SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA environments is essentials
* Strong understanding of SAP landscapes and supporting finance technologies
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with business and leadership stakeholders
* Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic and international)
* Flexibility to accommodate global project schedules as needed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
