Sr. Quality Engineer Job Ref #: 960869

Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc., Cincinnati OH, has multiple openings for the position of Sr. Quality Engineer. Work will be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Ability to travel and/or relocate is required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

The Sr. Quality Engineer will be responsible for writing frameworks and tools to test products, combining the "building" aspect of software design engineering with the "breaking" aspect of software test engineering. Work directly with both Software Development Engineers and Quality Assurance Engineers to understand project features, review technical designs, and implement automated test tools that help deliver quality features with efficiency. Understand customer usage models and are able to develop test plans and test cases that approximate real-world environments and scenarios.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or any technical/analytical field that is closely related to the specialty, plus six (6) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field. Required experience must include working with: IETMS Onboard Systems; PTC Safety System; Safety Hazard analysis; automation scripts; and Field Qualification testing. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).

Salary Range :

The base salary range for this position is $105,165 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
