Job Description:
JOB TITLE: Lead Cybersecurity
REMOTE TYPE: Office Worker
JOB LOCATION: 3400 W Plano Pkwy. Plano, TX 75075 [Hybrid]
DUTIES: Responsible for proactively monitoring, analyzing, and resolving issues in production. Work with development teams, clients, and other operations support teams to maintain maximum stability, performance, and security for current environments. Application operations, client support investigations and Tier 2 task execution and investigations as needed for specific issues or investigative needs. Scripting for enhanced performance of 'tasks' for SailPoint backend that cannot be triggered via administrative UI or set up for use through administrative UI. Evaluation of log files for transaction investigation, health of application on platform, tuning platform, may be included in normal operations duties. Support for deployments may be necessary ensuring Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) deployment execution as well as any deployment script tuning/writing may be in scope. Implement and maintain tool/portal, processes, and best practices to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our application and infrastructure. Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with development and other operations teams to identify and prioritize requirements and integrate them into the software development lifecycle. Develop and maintain procedures and guidelines to ensure platform is operating at the highest level of efficiency and security. Utilize programming and scripting languages: Python, Java, HTML, PostgreSQL. Utilize cloud solutions (Azure/AWS) and cloud networking. Utilize customer service, negotiation, and conflict management. Apply security principles, technologies, and best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control. Utilize SailPoint IIQ 8.3, Active Directory, LDAP, IQServices, LCM.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Electronic Engineering and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in a related occupation utilizing programming and scripting languages: Python, Java, HTML, PostgreSQL; utilizing cloud solutions (Azure/AWS) and cloud networking; utilizing customer service, negotiation, and conflict management; applying security principles, technologies, and best practices, including encryption, authentication, and access control; and utilizing SailPoint IIQ 8.3, Active Directory, LDAP, IQServices, LCM.
