RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Revenue Analyst in Saint Louis, MO.

Key Responsibilities:
* Task Management: Revenue Analyst will oversee the assignment and prioritization of tasks within the production plant, ensuring optimal workflow and resource allocation
* Queue Monitoring: Continuously monitor task queues to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency
* Data Analysis: Analyze task data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
* Collaboration: Work closely with production staff, including packaging teams, and logistics personnel, to ensure smooth task execution
* Reporting: Generate regular reports on task performance, queue status, and operational efficiency
* Process Improvement: As a Revenue Analyst, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance task assignment processes and overall productions operations
* Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all team members regarding task priorities and changes

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
* Proven experience in task management, queue analysis, or a similar role
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in task management software and tools
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
