Job Details

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our client's enterprise resource planning ERP department.
  • Design and deploy long term strategic plans to enable efficient, cost effective enterprise wide information processing and communication technologies.
  • Oversee operational and strategic planning for the JD Edwards function, including business requirements gathering, project planning, and effective resource allocation.
  • Prepare, track, and manage annual capital and expense budgets for JDE initiatives.
  • Assess, negotiate, and manage purchases for enterprise software, hardware, and related services.
  • Establish and communicate project milestones, service level contracts, and resource allocation plans with executive stakeholders, department teams, technical staff, and system users.
  • Create, review, and monitor ERP budgets across departmental divisions to align with defined targets and organizational goals.
  • Guide research and selection of ERP technologies and implementations aligned with enterprise initiatives and procurement activities.
  • Create and maintain policies and procedures related to JD Edwards systems architecture, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, software standards, purchasing, and service Minimum of 7 years of experience overseeing ERP operations, systems, or teams.
  • Direct ERP team operations including talent selection, scheduling, training, performance feedback, and alignment with department priorities.

We need you to have:

  • Bachelor s degree in computer science or information systems. A Master s degree in a technology program or an MBA with a strong technology emphasis is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience overseeing JD Edwards operations, systems, or teams.
  • Hands on experience in ERP infrastructure, strategic planning, project execution, and systems governance.
  • Technical expertise in enterprise level technologies, including Kronos, Microsoft Windows, IBM AS400, JDE EnterpriseOne, Windows Server, Microsoft Office Suite, and other integrated ERP applications.
  • Proficiency in systems design and lifecycle development, from evaluating business requirements to operational oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of business operations, financial management, and core business process workflows.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements related to ERP systems.
  • Experience working within manufacturing environments and knowledge of relevant production systems.
  • Ability to guide teams, influence outcomes, and drive ERP performance and process improvements.
