Work Location: Charlotte (hybrid schedule, 2-3 days work from home/onsite)

Duration: 12-24 months initial contract; possible extensions and/or conversion

Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Skills:
  • Strong executive-level communication skills, in addition to the standard project and program management communication ability.
  • Ability to work directly with senior leaders to solve business problems from strategy to delivery.
  • Proven experience collaborating and building partnerships in a matrix environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a constantly changing environment.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Project Management.
  • Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Project Management challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
  • Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
  • Act as an advisor to leadership to develop or influence success of programs, project performance and prioritization for planning, communications, and engagements across change management.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring full understanding of project impacts and comprehensive engagement.
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale and require planning and progression, financial management, status reporting, effective communication, and ongoing risk assessment.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are companywide to support operations using organizational, strategical, institutional knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, executive leadership, project leads, project team, portfolio sponsors and portfolio leaders to promote success of programs and project performance or prioritization.
