We're looking for a highly analytical and experienced Associate Quantitative Developer to join a global analytics team. This team is at the forefront of developing innovative price discovery solutions that are instrumental in generating and distributing critical market information to clients. You'll be working closely with the front office to create and support financial models and data sets that enhance client services and streamline broker workflows. responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Front Office to translate business needs into robust software solutions.
  • Implement and document new pricing models with guided research.
  • Develop and maintain software solutions according to established global analytics standards.
  • Provide support for existing and new financial models.
  • Build and support data dissemination to front office clients and external customers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and project success.
  • Contribute ideas to the ongoing modernization and simplification of processes.
  • Manage projects by defining time requirements and delivery schedules for new solutions.

qualifications:


  • Experience in a financial asset class, such as commodities, fixed income, rates, inflation, foreign exchange (FX), or options.
  • Professional software development experience with C++, C#, or Python.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A highly analytical mindset with a focus on long-term results and delivery.
  • A strong team player who collaborates well with others.
