Job Description:
Role Overview
The Oracle SCM Architect will be responsible for leading supply chain intensive projects from solution design to delivery.
This role demands deep expertise in Oracle eBusiness Suite and Oracle Cloud Supply Chain, strong business acumen,
and specialization in at least two of the following processes: Plan to Produce, Order to Cash, or Procure to Pay.
The candidate will act as a solution leader, mentor lead consultants, ensure delivery quality, and build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Solution Architecture
Lead the delivery of Oracle modules during implementation and support projects for North America (EST Timezone).
Drive the integration of customized applications with Oracle standard modules.
Conduct workshops with clients, demonstrating deep application and business knowledge to assess and analyze customer needs.
Review functional design documents, oversee configuration, and support technical development.
Serve as the primary architect during requirement gathering, feasibility analysis, and solution design phases.
Guide end-to-end implementation and support processes, providing direction to junior consultants.
Anticipate potential project risks and develop effective workaround solutions.
Ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of project milestones.
Quality & Governance
Perform quality and functional reviews during design and development phases.
Participate in project reviews, audits, and standardization initiatives.
Contribute to building reusable assets and maintaining a solution repository.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate closely with external stakeholders, including Program Managers, Regional Practice Managers, and Project Managers.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
Lead teams of 7 10 consultants, fostering collaboration and high performance.
Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and deliver valuable results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of relevant Oracle eBusiness Suite / Oracle Cloud Supply Chain implementation experience.
Implementation Expertise: 3 4 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Modules, specializing in at least two of Plan to Produce, Order to Cash, or Procure to Pay.
Domain Knowledge: Strong SCM domain understanding; MBA or Postgraduate degree preferred.
Certifications: At least one Oracle certification within the last year.
