As a Technology Operations & Compliance Solution Manager, you a proactive, analytical professional passionate about driving meaningful change in compliance through a blend of technology, strategic process innovation, and organizational transformation. We are seeking a Compliance Transformation Manager to join our dynamic Compliance team. Reporting to a senior leader, you will lead critical technology initiatives while also championing process improvements that enhance and globalize our compliance program.
In this role, you will partner with diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies to shape and elevate the technology and process vision for the department. You will be instrumental in implementing new regulatory requirements, driving process standardization, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness all within a supportive leadership framework that values your strategic insights and hands-on expertise.

What You'll Do
- Lead prioritization and execution of key initiatives with senior leadership.
- Identify and drive process improvements and technology solutions.
- Partner with compliance SMEs to ensure practical, aligned solutions.
- Collaborate with tech teams and vendors on requirements, development, and testing.
- Champion global process standardization and compliance transformation.
- Communicate priorities and progress to foster alignment and transparency.

You are a strategic thinker with a strong analytical foundation and exceptional communication skills. You excel at bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, leading workshops, gathering detailed requirements, and driving process improvements that deliver real results. Your practical approach ensures that initiatives are not only visionary but also executable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Data Science/Analytics, or related fields.
- 6+ years of experience in Business System Analysis, Business Analysis, Project Management, or similar roles.
- Proven compliance experience within a large, diverse investment management firm, including hands-on involvement in compliance program implementation.
- Solid understanding of global equity and fixed income markets, including bonds, equities, and derivatives.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Unwavering integrity and a strong ethical compass.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration.
- Rapid learner who adapts quickly to new processes and evolving environments.
