General Accounting Staff
We are seeking a dedicated individual with at least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting who demonstrates initiative and a focus on stability. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and flexible with hours, particularly during month-end closings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable Management- Manage receivables-related tasks, including account master management, credit checks, credit line and security management, and receivable matching. - Execute tasks in accordance with established processes.
- Fixed Assets Management- Oversee account book management activities such as asset acquisition, change management (transfer, sale, and disuse), depreciation, and inventory management. - Determine whether expenditures are classified as profit or capital based on investment plans.
- Accounts Payable Management- Understand payment standards and processes. - Manage contracts, verify details, and propose payments in line with established guidelines.
- Revenue and Expenditure & Department Operational Expense Management- Develop a plan for processing departmental operational expenses incurred during work (including MyFinance expenditures for congratulations, condolences, business trips, transportation fees, overseas travel, and advances). - Perform daily closing procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excel intermediate knowledge.
