Position: Sr. IT Project Manager
Location: Orlando, FL
Duration: 12-24 months, possibility of conversion
Pay Rate Range: $74-$84/hr
Project Description:
Currently a few different projects under this team
Moving from legacy tool to a new upgraded pricing tool
Having to move all of the data, data mapping, working with very large data sets
In phase 2 right now - will be wrapping up in 6 months
This PM needs to have a good understanding of data projects - whether that be a migration, transformation, etc
Day to Day Responsibilities/typical day look like:
Selling Points for Candidates:
1. longterm project with possible conversion
Requirements:
7+ years of IT Project Management (ideally delivering a software product) Understanding of Agile vs Waterfall and how they work together Data project experience (building a tool that houses a large amount of data) Can query database/familiar with SQL and or Tableau Soft skills - organized, good communication, self starter

- Beginning of the week - On Monday's - Meeting with team from standup point of view
- Getting tasks that are in the plan understood and make sure if there are any risks they are looked at
- Meeting with domains, internal and external vendors
- Facilitating and attending some of those calls - understanding of facilitation - capturing action items and following up
- Fridays - did we accomplish what we need - update status reporting
- Typical tactical project management
- Look at things tactically and strategically
