Full Stack Software Engineer Agentic AI Platform & POCs

What will your day look like? As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will:
Build and evolve agentic AI platform components end-to-end, including services/APIs, UI/UX, orchestration, and integrations.
Design and implement agentic workflows (tools, routing, memory, evaluation/guardrails) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with vector stores.
Ship rapid POCs/MVPs for GTM and client demos, iterating quickly from concept to clickable demo to production-ready MVP.
Develop clean, reusable libraries and templates (front-end components, API wrappers, CI/CD, testing) to accelerate reuse.
Optimize performance, reliability, and cost, adding telemetry, logging, and evaluation to measure quality and usage.
Collaborate with AI-focused teams to translate use cases into working software and join select technical deep dives.
Work with near-/off-shore data scientists to split work efficiently, review code, and maintain quality standards.
Build with security and compliance in mind, aligning with data and risk standards around privacy and model documentation.
You will be a good fit for the Full Stack Software Engineer role if you have:
3 5 years of full stack development experience shipping web apps/services into production.
Strong front-end experience with modern JS/TS frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
Back-end expertise in Python (FastAPI/Flask) and REST APIs, with solid testing and code quality practices.
Recent hands-on experience with agentic AI (prompt engineering, LangChain or LlamaIndex, small agents/tools, and RAG pipelines with vector DBs such as Chroma, FAISS, or Pinecone).
Familiarity with cloud and DevOps practices (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, Docker, CI/CD, environment management, and monitoring).
Solid data fundamentals including SQL, relational databases (e.g., Postgres/MySQL), NoSQL or search stores (e.g., MongoDB/Elastic), and Redis for caching, state, and pub/sub.
A portfolio demonstrating full stack and agentic AI work (GitHub, demos, or write-ups).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced sprints.
Nice to Have:
Experience with Databricks, MLflow, or lakehouse architectures.
Exposure to MLOps or LLMOps.
Pre-sales or client demo experience.
Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance.
