Job Details

Position Overview

We are seeking a Technical Lead Dynamics 365 to drive enterprise-level architecture, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services, with strong leadership in solution design, customization, and integration strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture

  • Design and implement end-to-end architecture for Dynamics 365 applications (CRM, ERP, Power Platform).

  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems and data models.

  • Define solution frameworks, standards, and reusable components.

Technical Leadership

  • Lead and mentor development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Enforce coding, configuration, and deployment best practices.

  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to ensure technical alignment.

Customization & Configuration

  • Develop custom entities, workflows, business rules, and plugins within Dynamics 365.

  • Extend system functionalities using C#, .NET, and JavaScript.

  • Manage and maintain solution components using DevOps pipelines.

Integration & Strategy

  • Design and develop integration patterns with other enterprise platforms (e.g., Azure, Boomi, SharePoint, third-party APIs).

  • Oversee data flow, synchronization, and consistency across systems.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize configurations.

  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and high availability of Dynamics environments.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement role-based access control, data security, and compliance standards.

  • Ensure solutions adhere to organizational and regulatory policies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with business analysts, product owners, and project managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Provide technical recommendations and support roadmap planning.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and development.

  • Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations for large organizations.

  • Deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure services.

  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and JavaScript for Dynamics customizations.

  • Solid understanding of data modeling, solution architecture, and integration frameworks.

  • Experience with DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud deployments.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.

  • Experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).

  • Exposure to enterprise-scale transformation projects.
