Job Details
Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Business Analysts to join a global insurance company for a long term contract opportunity. The Business Analyst will leverage their expertise to enhance the efficiency of underwriting platforms.

Compensation for the Business Analyst:
Hourly Rate: $45.0-$55.0 per hour
Comprehensive benefit package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO. Sick leave as required by law.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
- Act as liaison between IT department, system integrators, and business teams.
- Develop, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
- Design customer-focused documentation for software solutions (e.g., Wireframes, Use Cases, business rules).
- Participate in system design and configuration activities.
Qualifications of the Business Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- Experience as a Business Analyst in Commercial Property/Casualty insurance.
- Extensive experience with software applications, including Microsoft Office & Asana.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work autonomously.
- Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication.
- Experience with at least one policy administration or CRM system is a must.
- Experience using Salesforce and Instec is a plus.
- Knowledge of XML and JSON is a plus.
Compensation for the Business Analyst:
