About the Role
We are seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead critical IT infrastructure initiatives with a focus on cloud migrations and Citrix upgrades. This role manages project delivery, financials, and stakeholder communication — operating as an individual contributor and overseeing a project budget of approximately $2M.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead infrastructure projects including cloud migration, Citrix upgrades, network and data center initiatives

·       Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

·       Manage $2M+ project budgets with financial tracking and reporting

·       Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams and third-party vendors

·       Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies

·       Provide clear updates to stakeholders and executive leadership

·       Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and organizational standards

·       Oversee testing, implementation, and post-deployment review

Must-Have Skills

·       Proven experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager

·       Cloud migration project experience (required)

·       Citrix upgrade experience (required)

·       Azure cloud project experience (Preferred)

·       Strong stakeholder management experience

·       Experience managing large project budgets

·       Familiarity with security tools and controls

·       Excellent communication, planning, and issue-resolution skills

·       Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

·       PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2 or similar certifications is plus

·       Healthcare industry project experience is plus
